“Nostalgos (Nostalgic) Greco,” also known as Pavlidis Theodoros, was born in Stuttgart, Germany, and raised in Thessaloniki. He graduated from culinary school and worked in the tourism industry for years, setting up two businesses of his own. His artistic pursuits extended beyond culinary arts, finding expression in literature and poetry. A novel and six short stories entitled IF YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES FOR FIVE MINUTES were published by Malliaris editions, while his verses have been heard in various groups in Thessaloniki.
